There is a plethora of information online; best diet for fertility, foods to avoid for fertility, fats to avoid for fertility and the list goes on.. and on.

It can be incredibly difficult to know where to start. When one of London's leading IVF clinic suggests on their site that Non-Haem iron should replace Haem iron to improve fertility I knew I had to step in. The answer is actually quite simple, by incorporating more fertility maximising foods (you are likely already consuming many of these) and avoiding certain foods we can greatly improve your hormonal health and fertility. Based Nutrition believes in a food first approach however I am happy to help guide you with supplementation as well as diet to improve the results!
