Its a long process... or is it?
My passion for health and fitness is lifelong, I have been training strength and conditioning for a decade and have an obsession with maximising performance and body composition through nutrition and movement. At 17, I weighed 72 kg, and as I near my 27th birthday, I stand at 86 kg with a body fat percentage hovering around 10%. Reflecting on my journey, I realize that with the knowledge I have now, I could have significantly shortened the timeframe of my decade-long pursuit.
What started out as helping friends at university delve into weight training has become an absolute passion of mine, now, I'm eager to extend that passion to help you achieve your goals.
